There is a 7 day return policy on all items, with the following conditions:

Merchandise must be in new condition

No returns on personal use products. We do not accept returns on personal use products for obvious reasons including serious Health & Sanitation Issues.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Please contact us for an authorization number before returning any items.

We are sorry but we do not pay for postage on returns.

We accept returns of any unworn, "like new", pristine, resaleable merchandise.

NO DAMAGE of ANY kind will be accepted - such as shopworn, sun-fading, smoke smell, finger prints, hanger marks, perfume or cosmetic smell, writing on hang tags, etc. all original tags, bags, display boxes, shoe & boot boxes, hangers, etc. must be returned as new.

All shoes must be returned within 7 days.  Must be return with thier original box with no wear marks in resellable condition.

Any returns or size issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Any discrepancy in the order received must be reported within 5 days upon receipt of the goods.

All invoices will be quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and will be converted to such from any foreign exchange at the time of banking.  The asking price is quoted in ZAR.

All orders placed are within South Africa only, unless special request is made to management.
